Renee Ryan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and investment banking sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Director on the Audit Committee at RefleXion Medical and a Board Member for NeuroPace, Renee also holds the position of EIR Expert at DigitalDx Ventures. Previously, Renee was the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Cala Health. Renee's investment banking background includes significant roles at Johnson & Johnson, Verb Surgical Inc., Robert W. Baird, Jefferies & Co., Credit Suisse, and Goldman Sachs, where expertise in healthcare investment banking was demonstrated. Renee holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Georgetown University.
