Neha Thakre

Neha Thakre serves as Vice President of Technology and Strategy at Dilawri Group of Companies, where oversight includes the strategic technology and digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Previously, Neha held roles such as Director of Business Systems and Technology, leading initiatives that enhanced digital presence and consumer experience. Accomplishments include implementing an enterprise CRM across 81 dealerships and executing digital projects during the pandemic to maintain business continuity. Additionally, Neha is a Professor at Georgian College, teaching in the Bachelor of Business Administration program, and has an extensive background at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services in various managerial and analytical positions. Neha holds an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from Smith School of Business, along with a BBA in Automotive Management from Georgian College.
