Mark Cipriani has over 25 years of experience in finance and operations within the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Commercial Operations and Controller at Dillingham Insurance since May 2019, Mark has previously held senior leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Operations and Finance and Southwest Regional CFO at Marsh & McLennan Agency from 2014 to 2019. Other notable roles include Assistant Corporate Controller at Marsh & McLennan Companies and Vice President of Finance and Operations at Marsh & McLennan Agency - Kansas City. Mark began the career at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. as Chief Operating Officer. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Colorado State University Pueblo, earned between 1997 and 1999.
