Heena is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and stakeholder engagement within the development sector. Currently serving as the Director of Special Projects in the Office of the CEO at Dimagi, Heena has been with the organization since May 2020, contributing to the design and delivery of technology-based solutions. Previously, Heena held multiple roles at Dimagi, including Senior Technical Field Manager for the largest mobile health intervention, ICDS-CAS, and has also worked with Equal Community Foundation, focusing on gender equity in India. Earlier career experiences include data analysis at the Trivedi Centre for Political Data and technology roles at ZS Associates. Heena holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Liberal Arts from Ashoka University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from UIET Panjab University.
