Alberta Ciarla

Alberta Ciarla serves as the Head of Legal for GEDI Digital and a Legal Counsel specializing in Privacy and Data Protection, managing GDPR compliance and developing data protection policies for GEDI Group since October 2006. With a strong background in legal negotiations, Alberta has supported various company departments, focusing on commercial agreements related to IP and media law. Additionally, Alberta holds a position as a Privacy Expert at the Dipartimento per la Trasformazione Digitale. Alberta's early career included a trainee advocate role at Leopoldo Lombardi Law Firm and administrative assistant positions at the Università degli Studi di Siena. Alberta holds a Law Degree from Università di Siena and has pursued further education at Gruppo Editoriale L'Espresso and Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
