Doreen Franks

Doreen Franks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation analysis and financial coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Direct Energy since April 2003, Doreen manages the calculation and submission of monthly commission payments for over 500 external Brokers and 50 internal Business Development Managers. Prior to this role, Doreen worked as an Accounting Coordinator in the Contract Services Group at Deloitte Consulting from November 2000 to April 2003, where responsibilities included managing the accounts payable process for approximately 60 IT projects in SAP. Doreen started a career as an Office Manager at Mechanical Operations between 1999 and 2001. Doreen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Pittsburgh, earned from 1995 to 1999.
