Sunil Kripalani

Sunil Kripalani serves as the EVP/Chief Information & Technology Officer at Direct Supply since April 2024, leading the development of AI-enabled products for senior care facilities. As an early board member of the International Society of Service Innovation Professionals (ISSIP) since May 2014, Sunil contributes to the global advancement of service innovation. Previously, Sunil was the Chief Technology Officer at Waltz Health from May 2021 to April 2024, and from May 2017 to October 2019, served as Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer at OptumRx, where significant improvements in digital strategy and customer experience were achieved. Sunil held various leadership roles at Cisco Systems, including Vice President, where technology strategies contributed to over $11 billion in annual revenue. Earlier career experiences include the role of Chief Technology Officer at CallMe Corp and TallGrass Communications, and Assistant Vice President at Sprint. Sunil holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University - East Bay.
