Wendy Dole

Wendy Dole is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Direct Supply since May 2022, where responsibilities include leading engineering teams focused on software solutions and professional development. Wendy also co-chairs the Milwaukee chapter of 100+ Women Who Care and holds a board position as Secretary/Treasurer in Women in Technology Wisconsin, a nonprofit focused on supporting women in technology careers. Prior roles include Vice President of Technology and Product Development at Penta Technologies, where significant contributions were made to shift from waterfall to agile methodologies, and various engineering management positions at vRad, NightHawk Radiology Services, and Aurora Health Care, showcasing a strong background in software development and technical implementation. Wendy holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Management Computer Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
