Lucile Bourgoin

Lucile Bourgoin is a professional with significant experience in occupational psychology, currently serving as a Psychologue du travail at the Direction générale des douanes et droits indirects (DGDDI) since February 2023. Responsibilities include providing support for psychosocial risks (RPS) and quality of life at work (QVCT) initiatives, offering individual and managerial consultations, participating in recruitment campaigns, and managing crises.
