Marc Fabre-Garrus

Marc Fabre-Garrus currently serves as the Chef de la Mission Action Economique et Entreprises at the Direction générale des douanes et droits indirects (DGDDI) since June 2024, following a decade of experience in various roles within the same organization, including Adjoint au chef de la Mission Action Economique et Entreprises and Chef de projet MOA portailpro.gouv. Fabre-Garrus has a diverse background, having worked as an expert during the COVID-19 crisis for the Ministère des solidarités et de la santé, as well as a correspondent for startups at French Tech Central and multiple educational institutions such as HEC Paris and Agoranov. Early in the career, Marc held several roles within the DGDDI, focusing on communication, performance, and control, after completing a Maîtrise de macro-économie at UVSQ and a DESS in Economie européenne at Université Paris 13.
