Max BALLARIN has extensive experience in customs and security within the French administration. Since March 2010, Max serves as the Regional Director of Customs in Toulouse, overseeing eight departments within the Occitanie region. Previous roles include Director of the Mediterranean Customs Coast Guard Service in Marseille and Director of Customs Intelligence at the National Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigations. Max has also held various leadership positions at the General Directorate of Customs and Indirect Rights, including serving as Chief of the Major Investigations Division and Technical Advisor to the Minister in charge of the budget. Max's educational background includes advanced studies in maritime strategy and customs, complemented by a degree in Business Economics from the University of Montpellier.
