David Helm

David Helm has extensive experience in public administration and international law, currently serving as Chef du pôle financement de l'innovation et propriété industrielle and Director of the Foreign Investments in France and Economic Protection of Research project at Direction Générale des Entreprises since October 2021. Prior roles include leadership positions at the Ministère des Armées and DGCCRF - Ministère de l'Économie, focusing on international public law, media communications, and cultural economy. David began a professional career with internships at various institutions, including AbbVie and the Ambassade de France en Lituanie. Academically, David is a graduate of ENA, Sciences Po Lille, École normale supérieure de Lyon, and has a Baccalauréat from Lycée Frédéric Mistral.
