Geoff Lee is an accomplished Creative Director with extensive experience in performance design and conversion rate optimization, currently serving at Directive since May 2024. With a career spanning over a decade, Geoff has held senior roles including Executive Creative Director at Mass Minority, Director of Design and Brand at Bell Media Agency, and experience design leadership at IBM iX. Throughout various positions, Geoff has demonstrated expertise in branding, digital product design, and creative direction across major campaigns for clients such as Aldo, The Home Depot, and Ontario Lottery & Gaming. In addition to hands-on creative leadership, Geoff has contributed to education as an instructor in UI/UX Fundamentals at George Brown College, sharing knowledge in visual design and design thinking.
