Dennis Reinhold

Dennis Reinhold has extensive experience in legal and regulatory functions, serving as General Counsel at Virgin Hyperloop from May 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included strategic planning and management of legal operations. Prior to that, Dennis held the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Aventiv Technologies and Securus Technologies from August 2005 to January 2021, overseeing legal functions for a company serving over 3,500 governmental agencies. Earlier roles included Assistant General Counsel at SOURCECORP, where significant contract negotiations took place, and Counsel at Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, focusing on a variety of legal agreements and compliance programs. Additional experience includes serving as Division General Counsel at AAF-McQuay, Senior Staff Counsel at SnyderGeneral Corporation, and Associate at Caolo, Meier & Jones, LLP, emphasizing corporate and securities law. Dennis holds a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as completing the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School.
