Ndella Sylla is an experienced educational consultant and academic specializing in teacher training, pedagogical guidance, and educational research. Since March 2018, Ndella has been working independently as a Consultante en formation APC. From September 2001 to February 2019, Ndella held various roles at Université libre de Bruxelles, including Conseillère pédagogique, which involved supporting teachers in implementing competency frameworks and evaluating educational quality. Ndella also served as Maitre d'enseignement for master's programs, Chargée d'enseignement for initial teacher training, and a researcher focused on initial and continuing education. Ndella's international experience includes a position as Professeure associée at UQTR, where responsibilities included overseeing scientific collaborations, and as an Experte évaluation en éducation for AEQES, aimed at enhancing higher education quality in Belgium. Additional teaching experiences were gained through a visiting professorship at UQAM. Ndella holds degrees from Université libre de Bruxelles and UQO.
