Henning Badenhop

Henning Badenhop is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in real estate development and asset management across various regions, notably Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Leasing & Transaction for Commercial Real Estate Assets at Diriyah Company since June 2022, Henning Badenhop is responsible for strategic leasing models within the Diriyah Gate project. Previously, Henning Badenhop held the position of Senior Development Director at Diriyah Gate Development Authority, overseeing commercial asset development. With a significant tenure at JLL as Managing Director for Project Development in South-East Asia and experience at Apollo Global Management LLC as Head of Development for Asia Pacific, Henning Badenhop has demonstrated a strong capability in driving strategic innovation and managing complex real estate projects. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Business Administration from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Process Technology from Hochschule Flensburg.
