Brandon Dail

Brandon Dail is a experienced software engineer with a focus on accessibility in technology. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer and Tech Lead Manager at Discord since June 2020, Brandon leads the Accessibility team and has previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company, emphasizing accessibility initiatives. Prior to Discord, Brandon held positions at Facebook and Formidable Labs, Inc as a Senior Software Engineer. Brandon also contributed as a Teacher's Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, supporting students in a coding bootcamp, and led web development projects at Concierge Auctions.
