Guillermo Carmona Romero is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various prestigious resorts and hotels. Currently serving as Sous Chef at Discovery Land Company since October 2017 and Indura Beach & Golf Resort since May 2016, Guillermo also holds a cook position at The Resort at Pedregal and Capella Hotel Group, both since 2015 and 2012, respectively. Previously, Guillermo worked as CHEF DE PARTIE at Grand Solmar Land's End Resort & Spa and held the role of Sous Chef at The Cape, a Thompson Hotel, from June 2021 to August 2022. Early culinary training included a position as COCINERO at Las Ventanas Al Paraiso, A Rosewood Resort from 2009 to 2011. Guillermo holds a degree in Gastronomy from Universidad.
