Shane Schofield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Discovery Limited since 2007, currently serving as a Junior Business Analyst. Over the years, Shane has held various roles including Analyst, Junior Analyst, Quality Auditor, and Client Relationship Manager, demonstrating a strong aptitude for problem identification and resolution, client communication, and insurance claims investigation.
