Jon Colbran

Jon Colbran has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Area Manager, having previously held positions as Senior General Manager and General Manager at Dishoom since September 2013. Prior to their tenure at Dishoom, Jon Colbran was the General Manager at Sophie's Steakhouse from November 2008 to July 2013. Jon Colbran earned a BA HONS in History from Anglia Ruskin University.
