Shaji George REHS/RS has extensive experience in food safety and public health, currently serving as Principal Safety Professional at The Walt Disney Company since December 1994, overseeing the Food Safety Program, Public Health, and Occupational Safety at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Previously, Shaji managed the Food Safety and Public Health Department as Food Safety Operations Manager, fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Shaji developed and implemented the HACCP program across over 450 Walt Disney World food facilities and pioneered a technology to automate HACCP data management.
