Tracy Holmes Brazil is a seasoned laboratory operations leader with extensive experience in healthcare management. Currently serving as the Director of Laboratory Operations and Regional Point of Care Coordinator at DispatchHealth since July 2021, Tracy has previously held significant roles including Strategic Response, Health Screener Lead at Greater Love Missionary Baptist Church, where coordination of COVID-19 safety protocols was key. Prior experience includes positions at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa in various capacities, including Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Regional Point of Care Coordinator, and Laboratory Manager/Director, overseeing operations across multiple hospitals and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Tracy's academic background includes a BA in Biology from Our Lady of the Lake University and an MPA in Public Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio, complemented by leadership training from Leadership Texas in 2012.
