Karen David-Green

Karen David-Green is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in board governance and executive leadership within the energy sector. Currently serving as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors for DNOW and Phoenix Technology Services, Karen is also an Independent Member at Paragon Integrated Services Group, where Karen chairs the Sustainability Committee. Previously, Karen held the role of Chief Stakeholder (IR), Communications and Sustainability Officer at Expro Group, and served as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at Weatherford, where leadership spanned multiple functions including marketing, investor relations, and stakeholder engagement. Educationally, Karen earned a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and completed a program in Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies at the University of Cambridge.
