Jelte Smits

Jelte Smits is an experienced Solutions Consultant currently employed by Ditio, where secondment to Bilfinger Tebodin involves serving as a Project Control/Planning Engineer for Janssen Biologics. Jelte has held various roles, including Adviseur Project Beheersing at Rijkswaterstaat, and Project Control Engineer at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Previous experience also includes internships in business consultancy and research, as well as part-time work as a ski instructor, fulfilling a long-held personal dream. Jelte holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Operations & Logistics from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, along with a minor in International Business Mainport and City Logistics.
