Kath Sciacca

Kath Sciacca currently serves as Member Relations Manager and previously held the role of Member Relations Advisor at Diversity Council Australia Ltd since January 2023. Prior experience includes founding and promoting Think Twice, an LGBTQIA+ training initiative, and serving as a Talent Engagement Specialist at affix. Significant contributions at PEXA involved the development and facilitation of LGBTQIA+ ally training programs and advocacy for inclusive workplace practices, culminating in receiving the D&I Reward and Recognition Award. Previous roles at Catch.com.au and Apple showcased leadership in customer service and team development, while a foundation in player support was established at The Walt Disney Company. Education was completed at Brigidine College Randwick with an HSC degree.
