Jon Else

Jon Else is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in corporate finance and leadership. Currently serving as Corporate Finance Director at DJH since November 2024, Jon previously held the same title at DTE Business Advisers from January 2023 to November 2024. As Co-Founder and Director at Hayes Connor Solicitors from June 2018 to January 2023, Jon established the UK’s first dedicated data breach compensation practice, achieving £2 million in fee income within three years. Jon's extensive experience also includes 11 years as Chief Financial Officer at Forster Dean Limited Solicitors, where Jon managed transformation during significant government reforms, and as Corporate Finance Partner at Brabners Stuart LLP, leading various notable transactions. Jon began a career in finance after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in corporate tax. Jon holds an LLB Hons in Law from the University of Liverpool.
