Joseph Sabapathy

Joseph Sabapathy has over three decades of experience in quality management and compliance within various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Quality & Compliance at DKB Household UK Ltd since January 2011, Joseph is responsible for the management of new product development and ensuring legislative compliance globally. Previously, Joseph worked at The Female Health Company, managing quality assurance operations and enhancing production efficiency from September 1992 to June 2010. Earlier roles included Chief Inspector at Hepco Slide Systems Ltd, where leadership of the Quality Department was a primary focus, and Quality Engineer at Peter Tiling Plastics Ltd, which involved overseeing the introduction of new products. Joseph holds an MBA in Business Administration from Buckinghamshire Business School and degrees in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and Production Engineering, securing a Higher National Diploma from Willesden College of Technology.
