Fabian Pfundmeier

Fabian Pfundmeier is an experienced professional in the field of youth support and entrepreneurship education, currently serving as the Program Director of ThEx Young Entrepreneurs at Deutsche Kinder- und Jugendstiftung GmbH since January 2019. This program focuses on equipping young individuals in Thüringen with the skills necessary to actively shape their lives and environments. Additionally, Pfundmeier plays a vital role as a process facilitator in the "Erfolg macht Schule" initiative and oversees the Schülerfirmen Thüringen coordination office. Prior to this, Pfundmeier worked at Kreisjugendring München-Stadt as a specialist consultant for young refugees, leading projects aimed at promoting inclusivity and societal participation among refugees. A background in training and organizational development was gained through work at MANEMO eG, as well as teaching experience as a lecturer in Social Work at Katholische Stiftungshochschule München. Academic credentials include a certificate in Educational Organizational Consulting from Friedrich Schiller University Jena and a Master's degree in Psychology from Leopold-Franzens University Innsbruck.
