Adam Tope

Adam Tope is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in fund formation and secondaries transactions. Currently a Partner at DLA Piper, Adam focuses on closed-end fund formation and investor representation while also serving as a Strategic Marketing Advisor for Chrometa, where marketing strategies and lead development are prioritized. Previously, Adam held partner positions at Hogan Lovells and Greenberg Traurig, advising on investment fund formation and representing various investors. Adam's early career includes significant roles at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, where a strong foundation in investment funds was established. Adam also served as Chairman of the Advisory Neighborhood Commission 3F in Washington, D.C., contributing to the local community.
