Josh Kaufman

Josh Kaufman is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in capital markets and public company advisory practices. Currently serving as Co-Chair of the Capital Markets and Public Companies Advisory Practice at DLA Piper, Josh has also held significant positions as a Partner in the Capital Markets and Public Companies Groups at Cooley LLP and as Counsel in the Corporate Finance Department at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Additionally, prior experience includes an Associate role in Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers. Josh Kaufman holds both an M.B.A. in Finance and a J.D. from Columbia University, completing studies at Columbia Business School and Columbia Law School in 2002.
