Samantha Ip

Samantha Ip is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, particularly in construction and insurance matters. As a Partner at DLA Piper since December 2024, Samantha continues to advance in the legal field. Previously, as a Litigation Partner and Owner at Clark Wilson LLP from April 2000 to December 2024, Samantha specialized in cases involving technical subject matter and product liability, while also chairing the Insurance Law Group. Earlier in their career, Samantha worked as a lawyer at Dolden Wallace Folick LLP between 1998 and 2000. Samantha holds both a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of British Columbia.
