Tural Aliyev

Tural Aliyev is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Advisor at DLA Piper since September 2024. Previously, Tural held the position of Senior Engineering Manager in Filing & Coordination at Access Partnership from September 2021 to September 2024, focusing on policy and regulatory engineering for technology companies. Prior to that, Tural worked as a Spectrum and Radio Configuration Engineer at SIGFOX from March 2018 to September 2021, contributing to the deployment of IoT connectivity solutions. Tural also served as a Spectrum and Frequency Coordination Specialist at Azercosmos OJSCo from July 2015 to February 2018. Tural holds a Master’s degree in Wireless Communications and Signal Processing from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor's degree in Radio Communication from Azerbaijan Technical University.
