Whitney Cloud

Whitney Cloud is a Partner at DLA Piper, bringing extensive legal expertise to the firm. Previously, Whitney served as the Assistant United States Attorney and Chief of Appeals at the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Delaware. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans & Figel, and a Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals. Whitney began a legal career as a Summer Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Whitney holds a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School, obtained between 2009 and 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University, completed in 2007.
