Tanya Arsh

Tanya Arsh, PE, currently serves as the Vice President of Water Practice at DLZ Corporation, a position held since April 2012. Prior to this, Tanya held multiple leadership roles at the City of Columbus, including Director of Public Utilities, where oversight included an operating budget exceeding $600 million and a capital improvements budget over $200 million annually, managing a workforce of 1,400 employees and serving over 1 million customers in Central Ohio. Tanya also led the Sewerage and Drainage Division, overseeing a significant capital improvement plan valued at $5.5 billion, and previously worked as Section Manager and Engineer 3 at R.D. Zande & Associates. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
