Paepke Romy

Paepke Romy has extensive experience in the dairy and food technology sectors, currently serving as Teamleader for Product Development Cheese and R&D at DMK Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH since July 2010. Previous roles at DMK include Teamleader for Process Development Cheese, Senior Developer/Technologist, and Product Developer/Technologist. Prior to this, Romy was a Processmanager at Zentralkäserei Mecklenburg-Vorpommern from August 2009 to June 2010, and completed practical training at Cargill - Refined Oils Europe in late 2008. Earlier experience includes a position as a Dairy Laboratory Assistant in June 2005. Educational qualifications include a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) in Foodtechnology from the University of Applied Sciences, Neubrandenburg, and a Dairy Laboratory degree from Zentralkäserei Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
