Shefali Akhnoor

Shefali Akhnoor is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment services. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment for the Global Center at DNV, Shefali has played a pivotal role in establishing a new recruitment team and transitioning services across the IMEA, South Asia, and North Asia regions since August 2020. Previously, Shefali held the position of Global Team Manager/Lead for Talent Acquisition at Johnson Controls, overseeing global requisitions and leading performance management initiatives from July 2018 to July 2020. Shefali’s career journey began as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Insolexen Corp and evolved through a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Perficient, focusing on full-cycle recruiting for high-end technical professionals. Shefali holds an MBA from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from The NorthCap University.
