Grace Harvey

Grace Harvey is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in content consulting and customer success. Currently serving as a Content Consultant at Docebo since June 2024, Grace has previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at HowNow from August 2022 to June 2024. Prior experience includes various roles at HeadBox from January 2020 to June 2022, progressing from Junior Account Manager to Senior Account Manager. Grace also contributed to the education sector as a Music Teacher at The Crescent Primary School and held teaching positions at Bickley Primary School and The Crescent Primary School earlier in the career. Grace holds a PGCE in Education from the University of Roehampton and an Honours degree in Music from the Royal College of Music.
