Jay Goodman

Jay Goodman is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Mid-Market & Velocity Sales for APAC and Japan at Docker, Inc., Jay is the first leadership hire in the JAPAC region and is focused on building the Mid-Market and Velocity sales teams. Concurrently, Jay mentors aspiring SaaS sales professionals at LaunchPad Academy. Previous roles include Director of Commercial Sales and Manager of Commercial Sales & Sales Development at Confluent, as well as positions at Hootsuite and Dropbox as an Enterprise Account Executive. Jay’s career began at National Australia Bank as a Bank Teller, followed by roles in foreign exchange at OFX and as a Business Analyst at Yamte Investments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing from UNSW.
