Jally Raekelboom

Jally Raekelboom is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and business development, currently serving as Innovation Lead and previously as Tech Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Partner at Docplanner since October 2021. Jally has a strong background in recruitment across IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, and Pharmaceuticals sectors in the Benelux region, having worked as a Business Development Consultant at Oscar prior to joining Docplanner. Previous roles include Business Development Consultant at g2 Recruitment Solutions, Founder of Jammin' Jally's, and a Junior Animator at Distant Future Animation Studio. Jally has also held positions as a Caregiver and Digital Content Designer, with educational qualifications including an MA in Media Production from The University of Salford and a BSc (Hons) in Digital Media from Edinburgh Napier University.
