Diana Kinker

Diana Kinker currently serves as the Director of the Operations Enablement Directorate at the DoD Cyber Crime Center (DC3) since November 2021. Previously, Diana held positions at the United States Department of Defense from 2016 to November 2021, including Chief of Analytics and Branch Chief. Prior experience includes an Associate role at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2010 to 2015 and serving as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Air Force from 2006 to 2010. Diana Kinker earned a Master of Arts in Security Studies from the Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service between 2012 and 2014, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from Swarthmore College.
