Sophie Chen is an experienced finance professional with a strong focus on equity markets, particularly in Chinese and emerging market equities as well as global communications technology. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Dodge & Cox since October 2012, Sophie has previously held positions as a Director at Tiger Asia Management, where the emphasis was on long/short equity strategies with a focus on Asia, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at JPMorgan, specializing in the Consumer, Healthcare, and Retail sectors. Sophie holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a summa cum laude BA in Mathematics and Economics from Mount Holyoke College.
