Allan McFarlane

Allan McFarlane is a seasoned professional in the survey industry, currently serving as a Senior Surveyor at DOF Subsea Norway AS since June 2007, where responsibilities encompass project planning, equipment calibration, report writing, data quality control, and meeting client deadlines. Prior experience includes a role as a Surveyor at Geoconsult AS, focusing on data acquisition and sensor calibration, and work as a Survey Engineer at Dynamic Positioning Services, managing survey equipment maintenance. Previously, Allan worked as Offshore Hydrographic/Chief Surveyor at Andrews Survey, gaining extensive experience in various surveying methodologies including nearshore bathymetric and geophysical surveys. Allan holds a BSc(Hons) in Marine Navigation from the University of Plymouth obtained between 1994 and 1997.
