Dustin Smith

Dustin Smith is an experienced professional currently serving as Controller at Doggett Freightliner since May 2020. Prior to this role, Dustin held various positions at Vanguard Truck Centers from June 2008 to May 2020, including General Manager and Regional Controller for the Houston, Texas market, as well as Internal Auditor, where responsibilities included developing and implementing an internal audit program in collaboration with the CFO. Earlier in their career, Dustin was a Teacher at Henry County Public Schools from August 2005 to June 2008, focusing on Economics and World Geography for middle and high school grades. Dustin earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from UGA Mary Frances Early College of Education between 1997 and 2001, and completed additional training at ATD Academy, Class 35.
