Joanna Hughes

Joanna Hughes is a seasoned technical writer with extensive experience in creating and managing documentation for various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer at DoiT since November 2024, Joanna previously held a similar position at Elastic Path from January 2022 to October 2024. Prior to that, Joanna worked at Everbridge as a Technical Writer from November 2019 to January 2022, and at TIBCO Software Inc. as a Technical Writer from September 1999 to October 2019. Joanna earned a Master's degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from Sheffield Hallam University, attending from 2004 to 2008.
