Sam Sharma is an accomplished retail operations executive with extensive experience in managing large teams and driving profitability across multiple store locations. Currently serving as the Director of Store Operations at Dollar General since March 2017, Sam Sharma focuses on enhancing in-store procedures, inventory management, and reducing shrinkage. Previously, as a Regional Director, Sam Sharma transformed a region's store manager turnover rates through strategic initiatives. At Murphy USA, Sam Sharma held senior leadership roles, managing teams and overseeing operations across numerous stores while driving customer satisfaction and financial success. Educationally, Sam Sharma holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Troy University and has also attended Georgia Institute of Technology.
