June Boda

June Boda currently serves as the Head of Talent Development and Talent Acquisition for Land Vehicles Americas at Dometic, a role started in June 2024, focusing on talent management, acquisition, and internal communications. Prior to this, June held several positions at Ford Motor Company as Senior Director of Executive Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, where talent acquisition capabilities were developed amidst significant hiring increases. June also led operations at Adam-Bryce, LLC, and held various strategic roles at Gap Inc./Old Navy, Red Hat, and Wendy's International, showcasing a robust background in human resources and talent management. June earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Eastern Michigan University.
