Michaela Cuscela

Michaela Cuscela currently serves as the Head of Distribution at DOMO Chemicals since September 2024. Previously, Michaela worked at allnex from June 2016 to August 2024, holding positions as Global Sales Channel Manager for the Additives Growth Platform and EMEA Sales Channel Manager, where responsibilities included developing sales channel strategies through distributors and agents across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as coordinating best practices for channel management. Michaela's earlier experience includes a sales manager role at Imerys focusing on key accounts in the Italian market and business development positions at Dow Corning, where responsibilities spanned distributor management, channel strategy for emerging countries, and direct customer relations in various sectors. Michaela holds a Laurea Magistrale in Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Milano and a Maturità Scientifica from Liceo Scientifico G. Ferrari.
