Kathy Cook

Kathy Cook, CIC, CPIA serves as the Personal Lines Product Manager at Donegal Insurance Group since April 2000, overseeing the development of personal lines for four regional states: Michigan, Georgia, Tennessee, and Wisconsin, while providing monthly profit and growth analysis. Prior to this role, Kathy held the position of Territory Marketing Manager - Personal Lines at Citizens Insurance Company of America from 1998 to 2000, managing and marketing to 44 agents and facilitating training for Customer Service Representatives and agents. Earlier career experiences include roles as a VIP CSR at Universico Insurance Agency, CSR at Johnston Lewis Associates, Inc., and Assistant Underwriter at Aetna. Kathy holds a degree from the National Alliance, earning the CIC designation.
