Brian Putty

Brian Putty has extensive experience in continuous improvement and operational management, currently serving as the Manager of Continuous Improvement at Donlen since December 2020, with a specialization in Lean Six Sigma as a Black Belt. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Genpact from August 2019 to August 2020. Brian's career at Xerox Corporation spanned over a decade, during which time various roles included Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Operations Leader, and Center of Excellence Leader. Earlier in Brian's career, significant positions at Sprint Nextel encompassed Sales Operations Director, Billing Director, and Operations Manager, demonstrating a strong foundation in operations and management throughout multiple industries.
