Jowita Beukes-Koopman is a Technical Compliance Specialist at Donnelly Fresh since September 2024, with a background in new product development and technical assistance. Previously, Jowita served as a Senior New Product Developer at Freshways Food Co. and held various roles including New Product Developer at in2food and Factory Technologist at Rhodes Food Group, focusing on product innovation, project management, and food safety compliance. Jowita co-managed the quality department at Fairview Cheese Company and conducted wine and cheese tastings at Fairview Wine Estate. With a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Stellenbosch University, Jowita has further enhanced professional qualifications with multiple certificates in food safety and auditing.
